How to contact IT
We've updated our guide on how to contact IT support to make it easier for you to get the help you need. You now have three simple options, depending on your issue and what you're most comfortable with.

Option 1: The Acast Helpdesk (Freshservice)
The Helpdesk is your main hub for all IT requests. You can access it directly at
https://acastab.freshservice.com/support/home or through the Google Apps page. Once there, you can submit tickets for hardware, software, or any other issues you're facing.
Option 2: Slack Integrations
For quick support, our Slack bots are a convenient choice.
Helpy Bot: Our ServiceBot that brings Freshservice to Slack. Helpy can help you create tickets, track existing ones, and find solutions to common problems using natural language.
IT Bot: An AI bot for specific requests. If Helpy can't help, the IT Bot can answer general IT questions and assist with tasks like resetting your password, retrieving 2FA backup codes, or reporting a lost device.
Option 3: Email -The Last Resort
When everything else fails, you can always send an email to it@acast.com. An email sent to this address will automatically create a ticket for you.
